William Morris Snakeshead Gold Linen Handcrafted Card, Scrolling Foliage

Sweeping stems, curling leaves and delicate flowers flow across this handcrafted Snakeshead card, with warm gold that catches the light.

Handmade by me in Surrey using an original vintage Morris & Co. wallpaper sample, carefully cut and mounted onto a white card. The wallpaper preserves its texture and intricate detail, giving this repurposed fragment a new purpose.

Designed by William Morris in 1876, Snakeshead features the distinctive forms of snakeshead fritillaries among curling stems and leaves. This particular cutting of the Gold/Linen colourway highlights the flowing foliage and fine botanical outlines.

Blank inside for your own words, this individual card suits birthdays, thank-you notes or a handwritten hello. The front photograph shows the card you will receive.
