Free UK Domestic Shipping

All UK orders include free standard delivery.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days using a fully tracked delivery service where available.

Shipping to the United States

Orders shipped to the United States are sent using tracked international services such as EVRi International Tracked or Royal Mail International services, depending on size, weight, and destination.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 working days from dispatch, although delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services in the destination country.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may be applied by US Customs on arrival. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country.

Dispatch Times

During busy periods, holidays, or adverse weather conditions, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Delivery estimates provided by couriers begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date the order is placed.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within courier systems after dispatch confirmation.

For international deliveries, tracking updates may occasionally become limited once parcels leave the United Kingdom and are transferred to local delivery partners.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the shipping carrier. While most parcels arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, weather disruption, or other factors outside of our control.
