European & International Shipping

International orders are sent using EVRi International Tracked Delivery or Royal Mail International Tracked services.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–7 working days from dispatch, although delivery times may occasionally vary depending on customs processing and local postal services in the destination country.

All European and international orders are shipped using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. This means that duties, taxes, and import charges are paid upfront at checkout, helping to avoid additional customs fees on delivery.

Orders shipped to the United States are sent using EVRi International Standard Delivery or equivalent tracked international services.

Dispatch Times

During particularly busy periods, holidays, or adverse weather conditions, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Delivery estimates provided by couriers begin from the date of dispatch rather than the date the order was placed.
