Shipping Policy

UK Shipping

UK orders are sent using tracked Royal Mail services, with delivery calculated at checkout according to the size and weight of your order.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days and carefully packed by hand in Surrey before being sent.

Shipping to the USA

Orders to the USA are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked with duties paid in advance.

Estimated delivery is approximately 5–10 working days from dispatch, although times can vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.

Duties are paid in advance for eligible US parcels, so there should be no unexpected import duty charge to pay when your order arrives.

EU Shipping

EU shipping is currently paused due to new packaging requirements introduced in August 2026. I hope to be able to offer delivery to EU countries again in the future.

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

During particularly busy periods, holidays or adverse weather, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and begin once your order has been dispatched. Tracking details are provided where available so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within courier systems after dispatch confirmation.

For international deliveries, tracking updates may occasionally become limited once parcels leave the United Kingdom and are transferred to local delivery partners.

Thoughtfully Packaged

Where possible, orders are packed using clean, sturdy recycled and reused packaging, including boxes that have already had a previous life. It’s a simple way to reduce waste while ensuring your pieces arrive safely and securely.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the shipping carrier. While most parcels arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, weather disruption, or other factors outside of our control.

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please get in contact and I will assist by liaising with the courier to help resolve the issue.
