Returns Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase, but I understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right for your home. I accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returning an Item

To request a return, please email me at hello@lovenickix.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with reasonable care taken to ensure they are safely packaged for their return journey.

Please do not send an item back before contacting me and receiving return instructions.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or I have sent the wrong item.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item has been damaged during delivery, is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@lovenickix.co.uk, ideally with photographs of the item and packaging.

I will review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

As many of the pieces I sell are vintage, one of a kind or available in very small quantities, I do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you can return your original purchase and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, I will contact you to confirm your refund.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of me receiving the returned item. Please allow a little additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment on their end.

Vintage and Antique Pieces

Many Love Nicki x pieces are vintage, antique or previously owned and may show signs of age, use or character consistent with their history. These details are described as accurately as possible in each listing and are not considered faults where they form part of the item’s character.
