Vintage Primrose Yellow Duck Egg Cup with Rabbit, Chick & Flowers

Primrose yellow, illustrated animals and generous proportions for a duck egg.

This vintage ceramic egg cup features a rabbit, chick and floral decoration against a pale yellow background. Larger than a standard egg cup, its broad opening was designed to accommodate a duck egg.

Made in the United Kingdom, it brings illustration and colour to a simple piece of breakfast tableware. The animal motifs give it a playful appearance, while its unusual size adds another point of interest.

Display it beside plain white mugs or use it to hold a few small dried stems on a kitchen shelf. The yellow ground works well with warm wood and green ceramics, offering a light accent among everyday pieces.

An individual piece of vintage kitchenalia and a thoughtful gift for someone who enjoys rabbits or illustrated pottery.
