Vintage Crescent Toys Black & White Resting Cow Lead Farm Figure

A resting cow in black and white, capturing an unhurried moment of farm life.

This vintage mid century cow was made by Crescent Toys in hand painted lead. Its low, elongated shape gives it a distinctive profile, with paint loss throughout revealing the wear of an older toy.

At 7 cm long, it has enough presence to enjoy as an individual animal figure. The relaxed pose might recall cattle resting in a field, a childhood toy farm or a personal connection to the countryside.

Display it beside rural history books, within a miniature farm scene or on a shelf among contemporary ceramics. Its low height makes it useful at the front of a small arrangement, where the resting shape remains visible.

A British farm miniature with a familiar pose and an individual timeworn surface.
