Vintage Beswick Comical Foal Figurine, Arthur Gredington Model 728

A glossy brown finish and a playful expression, giving a small horse figure its own personality.

This vintage Beswick Comical Foal was modelled by Arthur Gredington and produced as model 728. The mid century ceramic figure combines a carefully shaped standing pose with an expressive face, while its rich brown glaze catches the light and highlights the modelling.

Place it beside books or simpler modern ceramics, where the animal shape adds variety to a shelf or sideboard. At approximately 13 cm high, it has enough presence to stand alone and makes a considered gift for someone who loves horses and distinctive British pottery.
