Scalloped edges, sunburst centres and aged aluminium - ten small shapes with decorative rhythm.
These ten matching vintage aluminium chocolate moulds date to the mid 20th century and are believed to be European. Their rectangular forms combine fluted edges with patterned centres, originally giving individual confectionery its decorative shape. Light wear and natural patina now add texture to the metal surfaces.
Group them in a shallow bowl or arrange a few upright on kitchen shelving to reveal the sunburst detail. Their repeated shapes bring an unexpected metallic accent alongside everyday crockery, natural wood and simpler modern objects.
