1920s Britains Silkie Hen Hand Painted Lead Farm Figure

This original 1920s Silkie hen was made by Britains Ltd in hollow cast lead. Its sculpted feather detail gives the small body texture, while the hand painted yellow legs provide a clear contrast to the brown finish.
