1920s Britains Land Girl & Farmer Lead Farm Figure Pair

A Land Girl and farmer on original green bases, bringing the people of a miniature farm into view.

This original 1920s pair was made by Britains Ltd in hollow cast lead. Each figure stands 6 cm tall, with hand painted clothing and purposeful poses that suggest the working life of the countryside.

Together, they introduce a human connection to a display of farm animals and accessories. For someone with family ties to farming, an interest in rural history or memories of childhood toy farms, the pair offers a personal point of connection.

Display them together beside countryside books, within a cabinet or as the focal point of a farm diorama. Their upright forms bring height to an arrangement of smaller animals, while the green bases visually link the two figures.

A British farm figure pair representing the people who worked the land.
